SOLUTIONS

We believe that what the customer wants can be achieved

Our designs are carried out by experienced professionals, from seismic design to evaluations for damage reduction in the face of complex phenomena that threaten human life and the vulnerability of structures.

  • Insecurity
  • Hurricanes
  • Earthquakes
  • Soil and slope instability
  • Floods and more

We have a focusing triangle for design: the user, the scenario and the kind of shelter, these 3 axis form our design basis to develop Architecture and Engineering of Defense and Civil Protection that supports the abuse of drivers of natural and anthropogenic phenomena, increasingly intense in strength and duration.

The user

User needs materialize under two fundamental premises:

  • Empathy: Attention to the needs of the human being of the 21st century, acting as parents and/or key members of a community, government or company.
  • Regulations: Strict compliance with defense infrastructure design regulations, civil protection (Switzerland-USA), structural design and construction regulations (Mexico).

The prototypes, tests and implementations are analyzed by Swiss engineers specialized in the field and contrasted with designs of operational shelters in Switzerland, Israel and the USA.

The models

We have different products, pre-designed for civil defense and protection, from doors and windows, safe room, compact shelters that you can put in a closet, to underground shelters under standard design, which are scalable in size and technology, from 10 to 100 m2. An underground shelter can be built as part of the foundation of the building or in an already inhabited building, either under the garden or the garage. The dimensions of the shelter and the characteristics of the equipment are defined by the number of occupants that will inhabit it.

The scenarios

All danger cannot be described in terms of frequency, therefore the probability of occurrence will be a qualitative calculation and formulated based on questions, which will define if it is necessary for you (user) to have a civilian shelter:

  1. Is it feasible to be subject to a direct, cruel and organized attack
  2. Will I prevail in the spaces (real estate) to which we have access, before external agents, whether natural or of another nature?
  3. Are global social, economic, environmental and health conditions in check or balance?

OUR DESIGN

SWISS PRECISION DESIGNS. YOUR FAMILY’S FORTRESS AGAINST EVERY UNEXPECTED THREAT.

The expertise of our mentors and team, and the Swiss standard allows us to offer the quality and comfort necessary for your physical integrity and that of your family to PREVAIL.

Types of risks

Do you know what risks you and your family are exposed to?

We create infrastructure to protect you from the most sensitive and recurring risks in your area or location. From natural phenomena, dangerous civil situations, NBC risks among others; We want you and your family to have safe havens that ensure your well-being and physical integrity, in the face of increasingly frequent and unpredictable phenomena.

Geological
They are directly caused by the movement of the earth’s crust, for example: earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides, subsidence, subsidence and cracking, etc.
Meteorological

It is generated by the action of atmospheric agents, for example tropical cyclones, extreme rains, floods, snow storms, tornadoes, etc.

Radiological
Nuclear accidents or attacks with radiological dispersal devices (RDD).
Biological
Biological agents, pathogens with risk of death or damage to health. Pests, epidemics or pandemics.
Nuclear
War conflict with the use of nuclear weapons.
Chemicals
Phenomena produced by toxic leaks, spills or accidents in chemical and industrial plants.
Explosives
Use of explosive devices derived from conventional warfare, organized crime or attacks.
Socio-Organizational

Dangerous situations such as demonstrations of social nonconformity, terrorism, sabotage and vandalism.

Did you know?

If the United States face a nuclear detonations, there is no national system of public nuclear shelters. The only guidance is to seek shelter inside sturdy buildings, such as basements or concrete structures, and remain there to minimize radiation exposure during a nuclear event.
